webmin 설치 순서

1. 소스 다운받기

# cd /usr/local
# wget http://sourceforge.net/projects/webadmin/files/webmin/1.560/webmin-1.560.tar.gz

2. 압축풀기

# tar xvzf webmin-1.560.tar.gz
# cd webmin-1.560

3. 설치시작
# ./setup.sh

you can just accept the defaults.

Config file directory [/etc/webmin]: /etc/webmin
Log file directory [/var/webmin]: /var/webmin

Webmin uses its own password protected web server to provide access
to the administration programs. The setup script needs to know :
- What port to run the web server on. There must not be another
web server already using this port.
- The login name required to access the web server.
- The password required to access the web server.
- If the webserver should use SSL (if your system supports it).
- Whether to start webmin at boot time.

Web server port (default 10000): 10000 ===> webmin 포트
Login name (default admin): admin ==> webmin 관리자 아이디

5. webmin 재시작

접속전에 터미널 /etc/webmin/start 재시작 시행

4. webmin 접속하기
외부접속 http://홈페이지주소:포트번호 예) http://pcjoin.com:3000

내부접속 http://가입한id:설정한포트번호/

5. 테마 및 언어설정

이렇게 관리자계정으로 로그인 하시면 첫 화면은 영문으로 나옵겁니다.
